The Enervex chimney fan solves persistent draft and smoking problems, often at a lower cost than structural changes to the chimney. It mounts outside atop the chimney and actively draws smoke up and out, using a maintenance-free, sealed-bearing motor that consumes about as much energy as a household light bulb. Sized by flue type and fireplace opening area; check local codes and use a licensed electrician for the 110V wiring.
