Here's how shipping works when you order from Chimney Direct.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $100 ship free via UPS Ground. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95. Your rate is calculated automatically at checkout. Freight deliveries are excluded.

Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

These orders require an additional shipping charge. We'll contact you with the exact amount first, your order won't ship or be charged until you approve it.

No Hidden Costs

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees added later.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, just reach out and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
