Refund policy

Here's how returns work when you order from Chimney Direct.

Return Window

Within 30 days: Full refund on the product cost.
30–60 days: We'll accept the return, but you'll cover the return shipping cost.
After 60 days: Manufacturer items can no longer be returned.
Other items after 30 days: Accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

Special Orders

Special order items may carry a restocking fee. We'll let you know at the time of purchase if yours does. Custom made and freight items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, just reach out and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
