What size chimney cap do I need?
Measure the outside width and length of the flue tile where it exits the crown, not the inside opening. Round flues are sized by diameter. If you are unsure, call us and we will size it with you.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock parts leave the same or next business day. Made-to-order caps take longer, and we will tell you the lead time before you pay.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Call us as soon as you can. If it has not shipped we can usually change it. Once it is on a truck it becomes a return.
How long until someone replies?
Messages sent during staffed hours are usually answered the same business day. Anything sent over the weekend goes out Monday morning.
